Refund

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days. If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within 12 HOURS of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days. India Amazing shall at its sole discretion choose the refund mode. No amounts are paid in cash, at all time.

Return Policy

We provide no Question Asked Return Policy. Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies preferably through a video clip. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.

Prior to returning any items, please contact the Customer Service Department to Return Material and shipping instructions.

We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated with NEXT DAY from product delivery.

If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within NEXT DAY of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days. Also in case of undamaged & original packing condition which should not be tampered, amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days, however, all costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you. Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange. Original shipping cost will deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement Policy

In case of any damage of goods we will replace the goods upon initiating replacement within 3 days of delivery and after returning the damaged goods we will replace the item within 10 to 15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of order before dispatching and within 3 days of the order given, the transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible. In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

For Sellers/Vendors:

Post confirmation from India Amazing, seller will have to arrange pickup of requested items within 7 day. For replacements, seller will have to arrange the same within 7 days of pickup. For refunds, seller will not receive any payment from India Amazing. For replacement, seller will receive payment as per payment terms with new delivery date

IMP: Merchant shall reserve the right to arrange replacement, subject to availability of item or initiate refund if a wrong item in an order dispatched by the Merchant upon buyer returning the wrong item. The Buyer is advised to verify the item before usage and ascertain whether the product received is the same as the one ordered. In case the item is found to be a wrong item, then bring it to the knowledge of India Amazing immediately so that India Amazing can escalate the same to Merchant. India Amazing shall not be liable to pay compensation in case of wrong item delivery since India Amazing can’t verify the item delivered.
